Day 01: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be greeted by your tour guide and transferred to the hotel for check-in and accommodation. Free time to relax. Overnight at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

Day 02: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta (MP, MS, MM)
After breakfast at the hotel, a full-day trip to the watery world of the Mekong Delta, just a 1.5-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. We will have a full day here to get a glimpse of the famous Mekong River. Upon arrival, we will take a boat trip along the narrow waterways, covered with dense vegetation, visiting the fish market and the 4 famous islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix. Then, take a short trip to the edge of the Mekong River, visiting a rice field, a candy workshop, and a honeybee farm, and then travel by sampan through the canals and mangrove forests where we can see the fishermen set their fish traps. Enjoy your time at Unicorn Island, visit local fruits, and tea mixed with honeybees, and enjoy people playing traditional Mekong Delta music. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the most famous pagoda in the South with a mix of Vietnamese, Khmer, and Chinese architecture. In the afternoon, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel, overnight at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

Day 03: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnel (MP, MS, MM)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will start a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels. On the way, you will pass through rice paddies. Here you will have the opportunity to meet the villagers and witness how rice paper is made. Explore the amazing labyrinth of tunnels used by the guerrillas during the war. Lunch at a local restaurant, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City, and continue for a half-day city tour. Visit the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, and other shopping centers if time allows. Dinner at a local restaurant/hotel. Overnight at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Free time.

 

Day 04: Ho Chi Minh City - Phnom Penh (MP)
Leave Ho Chi Minh City for Phnom Penh. At 06:00 you will be transferred to the Bus Station to take the Mekong Express Bus to Phnom Penh (it takes 06 hours). At 13:00 Arrive in Phnom Penh by Tourist Bus, Phnom Penh - a city that retains its traditional Khmer and colonial charm. French villas along tree-lined boulevards remind visitors that the city was once considered the pearl of Southeast Asia. Recent political changes have triggered an economic boom, with new hotels, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs sprouting across the city. On the first tour, we will start the visit to the Royal Palace, built in 1866 by the French under King Norodom, which is the most striking feature and also one of the most impressive colorful Khmer-style palaces. Beside the Royal Palace is the Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), displaying many Buddha statues decorated and made of diamonds, emeralds, gold, and silver. The tour will continue visiting the Independence Monument, built in 1954 after Cambodia took their country back from the French colony, continue the visit the National Museum, the distinctive red building with beautiful Khmer architecture was built in 1917 and contains more than 5000 art objects made of sandstone, bronze, silver, copper, wood, and others. We will pass through the River Front Park whose scenery is much worth shooting, and continue to one hilltop called Wat Phnom before walking along the Mekong River to see the beautiful city at night with breathtaking along the river. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

 

Day 05: Phnom Penh - Kompong Thom - Siem Reap (MP)
After breakfast, we will depart to Siem Reap via Kompong Thom. The first stop is Skoun Market where you will get the opportunity to taste the local delicacy fried tarantula! Arrive at Kompong Thom we depart to the archeological site of Sambor Prei Kuk, which is adorned with hundreds of pre-Angkorian Khmer temples. The site, part of the Chenla Kingdom, includes an area of nearly 1000 acres enclosed by double walls, and hundreds of temples and towers; the constructions pre-date Angkor Wat by a few centuries. The bumpy rides can be hard, but the spectacular sight of the mix of temples and forests makes the journey very worthwhile. After seeing landmarks, we head to Siem Reap and pass by various traditional Khmer villages. On the way, we visit the archeological "Naga Bridge" at Kompong Kdei. Overnight in Siem Reap.

 

Day 06: Siem Reap (MP, MM)
After breakfast, we begin to cycle (45 minutes for cycling) to the World Heritage Area, you will be stopping by the famous South Gate of Angkor Thom - an indeed unique mass of chaos.

 

Day 07: Siem Reap - Transfer to Airport (MP)
After breakfast, transfer to the Mekong Express bus station for Phnom Penh and then directly to Ho Chi Minh City for departure to the next destination - Say goodbye to the Cambodian guide and driver before going down to the boat. Goodbye, Cambodia!! Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the car and guide will pick you up at the bus station and then transfer you to the airport for the next destination flight.
